Refund Policy

At Alchemy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. We offer a 7-day refund window on all paid course purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for a Refund

You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date

You have watched less than 20% of the course content

You have not downloaded any course materials (where applicable)

You have not taken or submitted any course exam

Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing content you paid for

Not Eligible for a Refund

More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

You have consumed more than 20% of the course content

You have taken or submitted a course exam

The refund request appears to be fraudulent or abusive

The course was purchased during a promotional discount of 50% or more

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@alchemy.com.bd with the subject line Refund Request — [Your Order ID].

Include the following in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • The course name and order/payment ID
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or mobile financial service.
