Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Alchemy platform (alchemy.com.bd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old (or have parental consent) to use Alchemy. By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately at support@alchemy.com.bd if you suspect unauthorised access
  • You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your login
  • One person per account — multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Course Access & Intellectual Property

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning purposes.

  • You may not download, copy, distribute, or resell any course content
  • Recording live classes without explicit written permission from Alchemy is prohibited
  • All content, including videos, notes, and exam materials, is the intellectual property of Alchemy or its instructors

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz. Course prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect already-purchased courses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the platform

7. Termination

Alchemy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. In the event of termination due to a breach, you will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alchemy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemy's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
